It's like a Blueberry fell in love with a Sweettart

Honeyberries, also known as Haskap berries, are small, elongated fruits that resemble oversized blueberries with a tangy-sweet flavor profile.

They're high in tannin so they're great for

  • just eating!

  • jams and jellies

  • wines and other liquor

  • baking

From the coldest parts of Russia, these thrive in cooler climates. (We like to say, "Good News: Duluth has the same growing climate as Siberia!")

Honeyberries has a lot to offer when it comes to nutrients:

  • 2x the antioxidants of blueberries

  • Highest level of anthocyanins available from fruit

  • Omega Fatty Acids: Honeyberries contain omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

  • High in anti-inflammatory properties

  • Twice the Vitamin A and 4x the Vitamin C of blueberries (no scurvy here!)

  • Also:  calcium, phosphorous, potassium, phenolic acid, and iron.
